Technical Details

The hemostatic patch is indicated for the local management of bleeding wounds and to provide a bacterial barrier of the patch on all patients and to facilitate the rapid control (hemostasis) of the bleeding of patients who have undergone blood transfusion and are being treated with anticoagulant drugs. The patch is indicated for the following types of wounds: skin puncture sites, sites of vascular access procedures and sites including skin puncture, catheter, and needle sites.
