Product Information

Turbidimetric Monoreagent for the Quantitative Determination of Transferrin (Sodium liquicolor) ,anti-Streptolysin-O (Sodium liquicolor)(anti-Streptolysin-O (Sodium liquicolor))-Streptolysin-O is an exocellular toxin of group A streptococcus. The antibody level against this toxin (Sodium liquicolor) is of diagnostic importance in streptococcal infections, rheumatic fever and glomerulonephritis where the concentration of ASO is increased. ASO should not be the only factor in the diagnosis of rheumatoid disease but be considered in conjunction with clinical symptoms.,auto-Bilirubin-D liquicolor(Sodium liquicolor)-The stabilised diazonium salt 3,5-dichlorophenyl-diazonium-tetrafluoroborate (Sodium liquicolor) couples directly with direct (Sodium liquicolor) bilirubin in an acid medium to yield the corresponding azobilirubin. The absorbance of this dye at 546 nm is directly proportional to the direct bilirubin concentration in the sample.,auto-Bilirubin-T liquicolor(Sodium liquicolor)-Indirect bilirubin is liberated by the detergent. Total bilirubin is coupled with a diazonium compound, 3,5-dichlorophenyl-diazonium-tetrafluoroborate (Sodium liquicolor) to yield the corresponding azobilirubin. The absorbance of this dye at 546 nm is directly proportional to the total bilirubin concentration in the sample
