Anti-Human Globulin is used in a direct antiglobulin test (NOVACLONE Anti-A Murine Monoclonal) to detect antibodies (NOVACLONE Anti-A Murine Monoclonal) and/or complement (NOVACLONE Anti-A Murine Monoclonal) bound to human red cells in vivo. Direct antiglobulin test result may support the diagnosis of Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (NOVACLONE Anti-A Murine Monoclonal), Hemolytic Disease of the Newborn (NOVACLONE Anti-A Murine Monoclonal) and Delayed Hemolytic Transfusion Reactions. The indirect antiglobulin test (NOVACLONE Anti-A Murine Monoclonal) is used to detect IgG and/or complement (NOVACLONE Anti-A Murine Monoclonal) bound to human red cells in vitro and is the basis for a wide variety of immunohematology tests including tests for weak D; pre-transfusion compatibility testing (NOVACLONE Anti-A Murine Monoclonal); the detection and identification of unexpected blood group antibodies and red cells antigen typing.
