A sterile device intended to be fitted to an endoscope biopsy port to minimize leakage of fluid while at the same time allowing endoscopic instruments such as biopsy forceps or snares etc to be passed down the biopsy channel. It includes a secondary sterile input valve to control the inflow of water, air or CO2 through the endoscope's air/water channel enabling insufflation, lens cleaning actions and simultaneous irrigation/biopsy, whilst preventing backflow. It includes a third sterile input valve to be fitted to an endoscope's suction cylinder to enable control of suction through the endoscope's suction valve to remove mucus, body fluids to prevent backflow of gases or liquids. This is a single-use device.
