Summary
Introperative bleeding is the most feared complication during external dacryocystorhinostomy by many oculoplastic surgeons as it may obscure the visualization in the already narrow operative field.in this study we aim to evaluate the effect of addition of topical tranexamic acid to epinephrine 1:200.000 on the amount of the intraoperative bleeding in external dacryocystorhinostomy for patient with primary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction
