Summary

This study aims to conduct a multicenter, prospective, randomized clinical trial to
 scientifically evaluate the safety and efficacy of different perioperative sedation methods
 during endovascular thrombectomy in acute ischemic stroke patients with large vessel
 occlusion in the anterior circulation.
