Summary

There are several research on Mulligan's techniques that have demonstrated their
 effectiveness in lowering hamstring tightness, and Mulligan is a pain-free therapy that may
 be used on any patients complaining of low back pain and hamstring tightness. the purpose of
 this preliminary study was to determine the effect of Mulligan technique versus post
 facilitation stretch technique on hamstring flexibility in healthy subjects
