The intervention of out-of-hospital management mainly includes five modules: personal center, disease monitoring, disease management, rehabilitation information and consultation assistant. Personal center: a module for patients to manage personal information and system management. Patients can set the time and dose of daily medicine, check the reminder service, the system can remind patients to take medicine regularly. Disease monitoring: Patients can take medicine daily and sleep status clock, and regular scale self-evaluation. Related family members can modify and supplement the patient's assessment results. The background can dynamically monitor the evaluation results of patients, based on big data,abnormal patient assessment results were found. Disease management: send reminder messages for patients' needs such as taking medicine, punching in, returning visit and filling in the scale; Early warning of possible recurrence of disease in patients at high risk detected by disease surveillance; Personalized intervention guidance for high-risk patients. Rehabilitation information: including video, articles and other forms of information about schizophrenia, patients can be categorized to read, watch the content, to help patients better understand the disease, targeted management of the disease. Consultation assistant: Initiate a dialogue and consult background staff for common problems related to the disease and software use obstacles
